As Jupiter is so low on the horizon it only briefly appears between two trees at my place. Tonight I was ready for it!

Well Ambushed Sam, you caught the big fellow good considering It's low altitude. I think that murk you are having to image through must have an effect but the result is surprisingly good.

The equatorial banding is showing up remarkabley well.

Thanks for the comments - I know it's a pretty carp image so there's plenty of room for improvement - If it's clear I might give it another go tonight. :shocked:
