Quick animation

I had a play around with what I have so far in my Lunar cycle sequence using basic tweening in Photoshop. It'll have to be better than this if I manage to complete the full sequence and want to animate it. There's smearing from the 3 images not being properly aligned in rotation and I assume the effects of libration, but I think it's quite cool nonetheless.

What do you think - is it worthwhile pursuing it?
