This one looks nice by Oregon, http://www.johnlewis.com/oregon-scientific-prysma-chrome-weatherstation-alarm-clock/p2523158?sku=235810587&s_kwcid=2dx92700013365579510&tmad=c&tmcampid=2&gclid=CKmdn4DRms8CFZE6cgodbt0E1w&gclsrc=ds but the colour changes due to temperature difference may spoil the ambiance of a red light room. They may have other examples or it may allow you to set one colour only, which defeats the objective for this one? Also if you have  a screen what about an APP!

What sensors (internal or external) do you want?, what level of accuracy are you looking for?, and (ouch!!!!!) what are you prepared to pay? Two professional / semi-professional stations have red light display boards available that I know. The first doesn't appear to have a clock, but the second does:

https://www.scientificsales.com/Black-Multi-display-for-the-Long-Range-MK-III-p/black mkiii.htm

But these are accessories for the main station - the Rainwise Mk III, for example, costs about $900 in the USA, plus $445 extra for the display board.

A much cheaper option might be to externally illuminate the black/grey display panel of the data-logger of a much cheaper weather station with a red light? I'm wondering about a small led reading lamp or a picture frame light with a red filter as a possibility.

I have the PWS FWS 20 https://www.amazon.com/PCE-Instruments-Weather-PCE-FWS-20/dp/B001CQSVZ2  widely available under several different brand names and costing under 100 pounds.

Mine's been operating now for about three years and returns data very compatible with a nearby government-owned agricultural weather station. It measures all the basics (pressure, rain, humidity, temperature) and can connect to the computer via USB where the data is stored long-term and can be read and analysed (I use the "Weather Display" programme). Through the computer I can also upload information to weather sites on the Internet, for example Wunderground: https://www.wunderground.com/personal-weather-station/dashboard?ID=IVALPARA7#history
