change name of usb camera

I have two cameras both identified as 'USB camera'. Is it possible in w10 to change the name of one of them? I want to choose the camera I use for PHD guiding, not the built in camea above the screen. I'm a Linux user so please be gentle. TIA.

Searching the web i found this http://www.eightforums.com/customization/15321-tutorial-how-change-device-names-device-manager.html    Which may help, but make a backup before you make any changes. Just in case.
