APT zoom not working

canon 700d: M, B. APT 3.12: ISO 28000 exp 30s

Hi everyone. In live view, if I hit Zoom+, Zoom- is activated (so I think it's working) but the image remains the same: no zoom. Is there some other setting I must have? TIA

I couldn't get this to work with my 700D either. I've used it in the past successfully with an 1100D.

i use it with no problem with my 700d,  can you post a screenshot of your apt?

OK. Found it. APT zoom doesn't work with face recognition: the default in live view. The 700d cannot be used to detect faces when used with APT.

Thanks, I'll give this a try next time I'm using APT for planetary or lunar. It's a great bit of software and very cheap.
