Those velcro handles?

I was reading a thread from a while ago where someone was using Velcro straps with handles to go round their big dob tube. I think they were some kind of building trade accessory. Does anyone know exactly what these were or where you can buy them. I have literally spent hours trying to find some as carrying my 250 dob holding the bottom and the black knob at the top feels a little risky, not to mention awkward.

thanks, it was the rolson carry handle I wanted to find. Just couldn't seem to bring them up in a search
