North American Nebula and surrounding area - Star Adventurer

Long time since was out. Taken around 6pm tonight between clouds and bright moon. Clouds stopped play.

Very very quick process before work.

Taken with Skywatcher Star Adventurer unguided, and with Canon EOS 60Da, old Practica 58mm lens at f4, Astronomik 12nm Clip in filter with exposures of 3 x 180s and 3 x 300s. Darks taken as well and processed with DeepSkyStacker and PS CS

Great image Pele, this will serve as an excellent observing map- you captured the NA neb,Pelican, surrounding nebulosity, IC1318 kind of like I see it but much much fainter and the Crescent. Now I have to look up that bright chunk to the right of Sadr, I might be able to see it.

The Crescent is showing nicely there, interesting to see what the Ha filter does to this region. I shot this in RGB recently and although I got plenty of nebulosity it doesn't stand out nearly as well.
