Sorry Nick just couldn't resist a bit of plagiarism. :shocked:

Actually,I was checking out lava flows,flooded craters and the like last night and took a few images using the FLT 110 with 10 mm eyepiece attached to the 350D. Having just seen your wonderful pictures I realised that the edge of one of the frames included the Hadley area. The Rille is there but seems to end somewhat abruptly.

Anyway,for what it's worth here's my effort,a cropped 1/10 sec single frame at ISO 800.

Nice one CW That's a great effort to reveal an illusive and desirable target.

As NickH intimated in his 127 shot of the Rille, timing is crucial for the best outcome.

He did say he was a day late due to conditions thwarting him.

You've certainly got a bit of it nailed mate.
