What do you get when you mate Rigel with Gucki (or WideBino28 if you prefer) - apparently you get wide finder...

An interesting animal - Rigel with x2.3 magnification and 28deg FOV.

So you get all the advantages of reflex finder with ability to see more than what you can with your naked eye through Rigel.

Bit pricey at Y23,000 (about £125 plus P&P and taxes etc...) but an interesting concept

It looks to be the business if the ergonomics are good. Going from 1X to a finder view or wide angle view (of perhaps 8X to 20X) in some random orientation is often a struggle.  An upright finder where you can recognise constellations is very tempting even at  about £124 plus taxes...
