2" 50mm extension and 2" to 1.25" adapter

So i finally got fed up with the extensions that came with my 130p-ds(my excuse to buy something new)so had a look around for self centering screw lock adapters.i manage to get a 2" 50mm self centering extension tube and a 2" to "1.25 self centering adapter which i must say i absolutely love both of them.i no longer need to take my "2 extension out to put the "2 to "1.25 adapter with extension in,the new 2" extension will stay in permanently now so i just have the "2  to "1.25 to put in or take out when using "2 and "1.25 eps.they are really easy to twist lock and secure my eps very well plus no more marking my ep barrels.i have no reservations about recommending these,they make changing eps a doddle and no more fiddly screws.i have attached a couple of photos so you can see the difference from the included extensions

That looks a lot better than the standard offerings, I've been looking at options in this capacity so it's good to see the revelation adapters in use.

Does the 1.25" + 2" extension combination come to focus OK ?.

I know there are problems if you use the stock adapters like that but perhaps not with your new ones.

hi john just got them today so will try it out later if the weather permits and i will update the thread

you had me worried john but just checked in daylight and yes i can still focus with a "1.25 ep the  focuser comes out about 20mm,less than before so less strain on the focuser barrel which is always welcome
