Unknown telescope

This was given to me about 30 years ago. It has an aperture of about 30mm, and a focal length of about 300mm; there is a turning ring at the objective end for focusing and another ring at the "eye piece" end for altering the magnification (10x-30x). There is no writing anywhere on it.

Does anyone know who the manufacturer was? This is only for my own interest.

Probably sold under many brandings in the 1970's perhaps ?

Yeah, looks very similar. Thanks for that Fascinating. I never had the box, and I keep it in my study in a drawer and do still pull it out from time to time if there is an interesting bird outside or the moon.

It also looks very similar except for colour, to the " Focal " brand sold by K Mart back in the 1970s.
