The finderscope is a Stellarvue 50mm Illuminated Finder w 1.25 inch FMC EP & Rigel Pulse Guide Illuminator. The ring system is a R50D and slides straight onto the dove tail shoe already on the scope. I am very happy with them both.

Dean, what the handles on the tube for? I lift my scope using the handles on the base.

Hi Brian sorry for the late reply. I fitted the handles so i could move the scope around in two pieces. My skyliner is a 300p and i found it to heavy to move around in one piece on my own. It was only a matter of time before i damaged the scope without them.
