Using a 60mm Spotter Scope for astronomy

I thought I would show the scope on its mount. The Baader Witty is a slow motion controlled mount which is great to fine tuning the position. On top of the Witty is a Cullmann tripod bracket which has an extension arm to hold the William Optics RDF. With the system I am easily able to find individual objects.

This is a very quick grab and go light weight arrangement.

Interesting mount...  I like it and a reasonable price

Strangely I find it harder to put the angled spotter scope onto a target than a scope fitted with a diagonal...
