@teleskopjo: Half of my time (summer/autumn) I spend in Galicia (West spain) , no light there :)

Some progress YESSSS.

• Synscan GoTo works!!!!!!!  If it was more clearly stated what the "home" position is and that you should put it in "home" before switching on the kit!!! It would have saved me half a day of looking!
• Stellarium(on my Mac) Goto works as well!  and this my friends is a tremendous help in finding your way in the sky, very visual and very attractive(not only to me but also for my wive that has to deal with me in this estatic state )

Now for some clear skies! It has been very cloudy the last couple of days and the forecast tells me I have to wait(noooooo) until Wednesday... Pfffff the anxiety.
