Tripod Handset Holders

Anyone got a good alternative for the hand controller holders that snap onto the tripod legs?

The one that came with my 9.35 broke and yesterday i discovered a crack in the holder for my MAK. I very rarely take them off so its not through over use.

Any good neat alternatives or DIY versions?

Use stick on Velcro. Put a bit on the handset back and opposite type on tripod legs.
