Ngc 3718, 3729 with a bit more data

Hi,

This is the result  of scrounging  4 hours of data taken on the 21st and 22nd of March from my back garden, almost as many subs were thrown out due to the murky atmosphere. Judging by the amount of noise present  I am getting a feeling that this target needs about 12 hours of data preferably through a large aperture scope and a darker site than I have.

SW ED 80, Atik 428 OSC and IDAS D1.

Thanks for looking,

A.G

It's good start, this is a real tough target, the warped S arms of 3718 are really buried within the background sky noise. Keep going!!

Thanks John,

Having looked at your effort I wonder why I bothered to post this but then again not all god's creatures were created equal. I am also so surprised at the amount of noise present, this is 16 X 900s subs with a very quiet camera taken with extreme dither .

Regards,

A.G
