Probably the best seeing of the year for me tonight, which is unusual, as it seems to be a very transparent sky. Quite fast moving low base cloud aswell. I must say it has been superb viewing jupiter this evening. Going to have a look later at Io and it's shadow transit.

yes I thought the viewing was good again tonight plenty of detail at x200 in my mak,less going on than last Thursday but good viewing on the clouds all the same GRS well defined.

Very jealous. Stuck in a hotel in rainy Holland tonight :-(. What chance of clear skies at the weekend??
