Difference between 1.25" and 2" T adaptor

Really basic this one.

I have a SW 130p-ds, and already have a 1.25" T Adaptor for my camera.  Would the actually be any advantage on keeping with the 2" size here?  I guess it is maybe a little more stable?  But other than that, would there be any advantage, or is it just a waste of money?

You'll find, like most others that sooner or later you'll want a coma corrector... Im new to astrophotography myself but I didn't waste any time and just ordered one with my scope.

It works the same way a T-adaptor would, except you need a new T-Ring, M48.
