Carry Case Sky Watcher Skymax 180

Hi Guys,

I've been trawling the internet for the above. Seems there is a case for the Skymax 150 but not the 180. Orion seem to do a suitable case but do not export to the UK.

Rather than wrapping it in bubble wrap and putting it into an all purpose case I was hoping to get something with a proper foam inlay for Max protection.

Any ideas?

Try Telescope House. They may be able to source one for you, though the website says sold out. They're usually very helpful.

This is what I use. I kept the original polystrene bottom layer and fitted it into a plastic case which had lids and ventilation holes. See photo.

I store the whole thing on a shelf in the garage.
