Lovejoy exposure test

On Friday I had a test of dirrering exporues and still unsure what best or if I should just do a few but longer ones

Tv85 with 0.8x reducer modded 1100D  1600 iso guided on comet

30x60 seconds 10x120 seconds and 10x180 seconds

These are all nice shots of the comet with plenty of tail detail but what interests me most is the change in the background sky colour showing the encroaching LP. I had colour background issues with my own images of this object even with a high quality LP filter - it doesn't help that we have to stretch the image quite hard to get that tail detail.
