Our weather has been kind today and after a little snow around midnight the clouds disappeared for a few hours allowing me to view Jupiter.

Jupiter is always a nice sight and the seeing was very good this morning allowing some nice details to be seen.

Observing details : 5" Refractor at x156, 27/12/2014, 6:05 UT, seeing AII, temp -3'C.

David, very nice, and x150 ish seems to be about best for this jewel of a planet
