Problem uploading photos

When i try to upload from the site I get this....

'Not Found

The requested URL /page/add_photo_remote/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Haven't had a problem before. Anybody any ideas?

Yes, I'm not seeing any photos in posts either - It's interesting reading about the Photo of the Week but not being able to see it!

Must be the weather - or a pipeline has cracked.
