Image Processing - Order of steps?

Tried stacking some Fuji RAW .raf files again in DSS to if see I was missing something first time round. Complete waste of time- I'll stick to my proven method of stacking .tif files!

Are you guys who are having problems stacking raws with dss using the latest beta version?

i used to have problems too with version 3.3.2 but using the 3.3.4 version it stacks  fine.

I have no problems with Nikon RAW in DSS, even 6000x4000 stacks in a very good amount of time.

For Planetary i am now using PIPP with Registax or AS2, that works very well.

Furthermore i see that Registax needs a minimum of 4GB RAM for my usage with large Files (it was not working with my old macbook air, now with the latest macbook pro ist fine, as i have 16GB of memory, massive difference)

Just one thing that my help other people:

When running Registax with multiple processors, its possible it dies at around 49% while stacking (or sometimes on aligning). If you reduce to 1 Processor it works (at least for me)

Btw another question:

I see that if i open the RAW in lightroom, its much more 'vibrant' in color than if i debayer using PIPP, am i doing smth wrong or do i just have to bring back the color after using PIPP with Photoshop for example?
