A little madness with M45

Hi,

This is an odd one but to check the collimation of my unruly Quattro 8s early this morning I decided to test it on M45. A tough test for any scope. As there was a near full Moon I had earlier used a Modded Canon 1100d with an Astronomik 12nm Ha to have a go at IC 5068 and so  just used the same set up. I guess the scope is usable now judging by the stars but what surprised me was that there is a hint of nebulasity around the main stars and I really did not expect to see this an Ha filter in M45 which is primarily a collection of hot blue stars so there must be a lot more there than meets the eyes. I wonder what you make of it. This is un processed 600s stack with the exception of an ABE and a stretch with STF parameters in PI.
