September 12, 2014: Afternoon 23 pane mosaic with LS35

Had another run, and found out 22 panes left a tine gap, quickly grabbed some more data and filled the gap, but the area north of centre, just above the AR west and above centre is a touch less sharp as a result. Stiil 23 is the smallest number of panes I have managed to get away with.

Just after I packed in the camera, the little AR nearest the western (right hand) limb flared and produced a lovely little arc. Pity I missed imaging that but glad I witnessed it.

Cheers, guys. I might try to improve the result. That patch of reduced sharpness is bugging me
