darn it, just seen a Sat transit the sun on screen but wasn't imaging

got my camera mains lead today so been set up from just after 11 tracking the sun through cloud
hoping for a break as there is some nice spots

was on the phone to my brother when I had the sun showing under thin whispy cloud

all of a sudden I seen something just of the edge move onto the disk and a perfect track right to left about half way between the center and top

Got an alert from CalSky for a double Solar transit by the ISS tomorrow, unfortunately it's 91kms away

Just checked, it seems to be in the sea off of Felixstowe, gonna need a bigger boat

I regularly have things flit across the disc when filming , 99% tend to be distant birds ...

single square shaped object moving very consistently and tracking like an arrow

It's a real 'pooooo' moment that. I feel your pain. The more imaging you do, the more chance you'll have of getting something interesting.

I once jumped out of my skin at midnight when imaging the Moon and a flock of migrating birds flew across. I was peering at the laptop screen at the time. Wot a wuss!
