CLS or Neodymium Filter best for DSO Light Pollution?

Been using a Baader Neodymium Filter with my DSLR to fight the LP in my semi rural garden in south oxfordshire (nearest street lighting is about 3 miles away) - Well recently bought an Atik 314L which came with a TS CLS filter and I'm wondering which in theory should be the best to use?

Not being up on filters, I would try them both out and see - then let us know!

I've used an Astronomk CLS Clip-in LPF in my garden with sodium lights right next door, overlooking the garden, and have had good results.
