MOV format converter for Canon 6D

Hi there,

Does anyone know how to convert a MOV video clip taken by Canon 6D DSLR

into an AVI / MPG etc. format?

It looks as if no aid was supplied by Canon's source-disk SW support...

Ok, good luck. I use it to prepare my planetary videos from my 600D. You can choose to do some quality filters too if you wish prior to stacking in Registax 6 or Autostakkert2.

PIPP is by far the best tool for the job , and with so many more features than simply converting the video format , it's without doubt the handiest bit of software to have been released recently.

I indeed downloaded PIPP and as promised, it works perfectly in handling those MOV formats.

Before I dare to let it select best frames, does anyone know what is the algorithm used in there for that

purpose?
