There's certainly detail there.  The image does look a little soft, but under the circumstances I'm not sure you could do better, especially given how tricky Mars is from the UK to start with.  It must be really difficult as far north as Glasgow.  Well done.

turned out to be a good night last night
imaging was back up around the standard I was getting last month, though Jupiter was a bit disappointing
got a load of runs of 25 - 30000 frames on Mars then a load of 4 - 5000 frame runs on Saturn
tonight is looking even better with almost zero wind and theres not a cloud in the sky which has really surprised me as my Revelation 5X Barlow has just arrived

can't wait to try it out later, already checked and I can get it to focus with the canon so should be no problem with the ASI

a few more Mars shots and a couple of Saturn fresh out of Registax, will clean them up in PS later
