Forecast does seem a bit better now Karl, compared to how it was looking earlier anyhow. Metcheck only showing 25% cloud cover in Blaenavon and no rain mentioned either. BBC even suggesting clear skies this side of midnight.....

Its a very frustrating hobby there's no doubt about it which is probably the reason why when it does come together those nights are so special.

It's so frustrating!! I may just have to go into the garden, though Blaenavon is only 20 mins away...!

Hmmm it's tempting although probably around a 40min drive for me, so a bit harder to justify when there's a reasonable risk of disappointment! Not sure to be honest, garden could be safer option...
