Small engineering firm required

Can anybody recommend an small Engineering firm who will do a "one off"  I have a design for a balancing bar for my refractors which I would like manufacturing.  I remember seeing an advert for a gentleman who did bespoke projects in the UK but cannot seem to find the site again.
