Saturn, Venus & Mars this morning

Up at 6.00am for a look at Saturn, Venus & Mars this morning. Got some nice views of Saturn even though it was a bit hit and miss as the scope was vibrating because of the strong wind we have. Still to get a decent view of mars, could blame the strong wind for that aswell. Venus had a nice crescent a bit low in the sky so some views were a bit blurry. All in all quite happy with my hours' viewing, even though it was blowy and cold.

i was up early as well, seeing conditions were pretty poor down here. i managed barely a decent image to be honest. wind & high cloud made me wish i had stayed in bed, but at least i did get a look at Mars, Saturn and Venus

Had the same experience here as well this morning. Saturn and Mars were up as was M81. As said, any chance to get out at the moment has to be taken. One hour this morning and another hour this evening, chuffed to have got just that much in.

I didn't see Venus however, very keen to catch that beauty.

Very nice this morning too. Venus is very bright in the south eastern sky.

Looked out my window at around 6.30am and also saw the very bright  Venus. Had to quickly get my scope in action and saw the crescent shape, which as said was low in the sky.

Such a great opportunity for me as a newbie!
