My First attempts of imaging Lunar features with an Image source camera (Many thanks Matthew) Also using Registax .... 

Took a bit of playing with in Registax a lot to learn I think

Plato as well .... Just need to learn how to stitch both pictures together.

both taken using my 5" APM and both my first effort at Imaging the moon ... 42 years as a Visual Astronomer, I could get to like this taking pictures malarky

Download Microsoft ICE. Its free. Thats what I use for all my mosaics, you generally have to crop each pane just a little as registax puts a border on which may show up in the mosaic. 

Hope you don't mind, I downloaded the jpg's and Microsoft ICE produced this in about 2 seconds   Very nice.

No problem mate! And yes I just dragged and dropped the two pictures in. I never touch any of the settings and it has never failed  !
