Sun over Washington, December 19th '13

Sun, December 19th 2013. Quick process. 120 DSLR Images shot. Cropped in PIPP with Quality Weighting, keeping the best 75%. That gave 157 frames, the best 80% to be stacked in Auto-stakkert 2. Wavelets in Registax v5.1, final process in GIMP.

It's my first proper Solar imaging session since mid November. I've been out and shot it a few times with the DSLR and 300mm lens, but not with the scope. Looking at the Jetstream forecast, I think a caught a nice gap in the high winds this morning.
