NGC 1532 - something peculiar in the South

Hi,

Just finished processing this galaxy. Data had to be taken again for several months. At some point I just gave up as the reflection (you see in the left) seemed to be insurmountable issue for processing.  Then resumed it finding galaxy shape irresistible.

That's brilliant, as if the smaller galaxy's gravity is drawing out mass from the larger one, I wonder if the smaller one where to be more dense and larger more diffuse would this allow the smaller to steal mass in the same sense as variable stars do from their larger partner?
