Hot Jupiter Sun - 27/08/2013

I caught the sun doing an impersonation of Jupiter this evening.

I was trying to get some white light shots using a Herschel Wedge, and some slowly moving clouds passing over the sun made it look Jupiter-esque.

It works for me Luke. It does give it a more planetary feel. I like it.

I quite like it when you get nice even cloud over the sun when viewing in Ha. It seems to add contrast, its just a bit hard to capture.
