PHD Guiding

Hi

I use PHD for guiding with a QHY5 and the kit in my signature, I get decent images at 300 Secs but I would like to improve guiding, a typical graph is below, pointers on how to improve would be appreciated

Increase the exposure to 2-2.5 secs as you are probably "chasing the seeing" at 1 sec.
