Skywatcher 150 black diamond focuser

Hi all, thanks for looking... Wondered if any of you had succesfully fitted an SCT focuser to the new size visual back thread and if so, what adaptor did you use?

I bought one (second hand) and modded it to fit my PST. It's very pleasant to use. I believe Steve (Ward) uses one on his 180 Mak, too.

That's the very one I bought , it's the exact same thing as the Skywatcher one , just about a tenner cheaper ... ? ... great bit of kit , I think Jules has the same too.

Actually, if you're ordering one, I'd make sure the vendor has stock beforehand. When I was looking for one plenty of people had them available to order on their websites, but turned out not to actually have one to sell me

Yes i have one on my 180 mak, in some ways it dont really need it because the main focuser is pretty good but always looking for that little edge, a good bit of kit

Well I'm thoroughly confused now... The adaptor has arrived, its very well made and looks the part... But its the same size as the thread at the back already looks like my Mak has an SCT thread!
