I've just received an offensively large credit card bill including the payments for our summer holiday, the bicycle for my son's birthday, his new bedroom furniture, this year's house insurance, my HEQ5 Pro and plenty more besides. If someone offered it to me for free I'd have to think twice about whether I could afford it at the moment

The seller only joined last month, have almost no history, and listing a used eyepiece as New (he said he used it once, that's used, at best it's 'new other' but certainly not 'new').

My alarm bells are ringing, this is far too risky. I'm out.

Well, he's also sold a HEQ5 so it's not as if an astro sale is completely out of the blue, but were I interested I think I'd only bid if I were planning to pick it up and hand over cash.
