The Sun today, via a rehoused SPC900

I rehoused my SPC900 in a small project box so it can reach focus without having to use a barlow. I'm still having trouble with sticking the images together but at least I can use the SPC900 again. The two images here are a mosaic and a close up of a prom. I used a 3x Barlow for the close up. The full disk (nearly missed a bit!) is made up of four images using the best 1500 frames of about 2700 in Registax 6. I stuck them together in iMerge. The telescope is a PST.

That has captured some nice detail. Stitching solar H-alpha images together is not easy at all

You're very kind, all I see is the big blurry bit in the middle where the join didn't quite go as planned, if I get a chance I'll give it another go.
