I am glad I could help.

I have just had mine modified and look forward to start imaging with it with my new 10" Quattro.

That fast scope will be perfect for DSLR, DSLR's really do benefit from fast optics, shorter subs and lots of them to keep noise away..

Am looking forward to your images :)

Atlas your planetary images inspirational.

This is a short question but I don't expect a long answer, Just to be pointed in the right direction.

How did you take these images with the 600d?

I used an eye piece attachment specific for the Canon series. Depending on the shot and conditions I would screw in a barlow and stack it on a 5X powermate.

You can also fit a halfed eyed piece into the adapter without hitting the shutter for afocal shots. (below)

All Images were taken by shooting video in "Live Mode" then using the various programs to stack the all the movie frames into one image. For example, a 4 minute video at 30fps adds up to 7200 frames (individual pics) to stack into an image.

I have a set of BST ED eyepieces and don't understand how I can connect them to the T-Ring adapter?

Which make and model is that?

Sorry about the ignorance I have only done prime focus Astro photography until now.

The eye piece in the Afocal set up is a standard Plossl 10mm. It's the only kind I currently know of that unscrews at mid-point. I wouldn't even worry about it. You get much better quality pics with just the T-Ring with a barlow on the end.
