Best program to stack video frames?

So i have a problem. I have tried using Registax 6, but I am not completely sure how to use it. Last night i messed with it for a few hours. In the video Saturn moves around in the frames and isn't still for any long period. How do i align the planet in every frame since its all over the place? Or could I use Photoshop for this? I am in the process of trying Photoshop as well, but still don't know how to edit videos with it and make all the frames stack right.

Any help on this would be appreciated. Thank you.

Try PIPP. This will allow you to review the AVI and have it only select those frames with Sat in them. The new AVI can then go into R6 or AS!2 to stack. A search will find plenty of info about PIPP.
