Blaenavon - what's the latest

Hi, what's he latest on the road and carpark conditions? I've got next week off and am pondering a recce for future visits. Sounds like its still a bit on the wintry side at the moment.

Its pretty bad, I went up there yesterday and most of the road is under snow and you can't see where the car park ends and the mountain starts.Saying that it might be ok by the middle of next week if the temperatures keep rising during the day

I will keep an eye on the forecast. If it stays warm and the sky is forecast to be clear, I mig have a run out there to check the place out. I will definitely head there in daylight though just in case things aren't too good and also in case I get lost. At least in ddaylight. May be able to see the masts.
