SDC435/SCB2000 Settings for Video Astronomy

Hi

I found this web site recently which shows what can be achieved with the SDC435/SCB2000 CCTV camera:-

Most of these pictures are simple screen grabs with no post processing.

Which should help anyone trying Astro Video for the first time.

Note the use of focal reducers to brig the focal ration down to F6.3 or below.

I have found that for DSO's a focal ratio of between F6 and F4 works well - although I have recently been using my C8 at F3.3 to good effect.

Just need some clear skies to get back out with mine!
