Cosmos may be 'inherently unstable'

I don't know as their is a center to the universe. Depending on who you listen too some say the universe could well be infinite, some say it isn't. Truth of the matter is we don't know.

A universe within a universe - it gets stranger everyday.

It seems that this has been discussed many times before, with its roots going back as far as the 70’s perhaps.

This article from Luboš Motl (a Czech theoretical physicist) from his blog ‘The Reference Frame’ from 2011 gives us more of an idea of what that BBC article is about. It’s interesting stuff but it’s one of those where the more you learn the more confusing it seems to get…. at least it does for me! :smiley:
