  1. no on serious note them plank images are not the present time they from the being off the universe maybe in a few billon years they will show spiral patterns

  3. acey how much do you get out with your scope m31 is the brightest galaxy but only under the very best conditions can you make out the globs in it m101,51,33,81,82 because there face on are easier to make out structure as for m51 not being able to see the bridge between them I would change your dark sky site,because I have seen m51 like a image from wales in a 8" scope

  6. this is 1hr 30min of data no darks am not happy with it but it the best i could do
  7. for the planets a dslr isnt the best,try a webcam for the planets
  8. hi try it without the barlow and get a 2" max adapter
  9. i had a win 7 laptop and upgraded to a win 8 laptop touch screen and all my astro programs work on the new laptop with no prolems
  10. thanks for your kind comments am going to try and get more data and some darks
