Dew heater controller

Does anyone know of a cheap device for regulating the power supplied to a dew-strip? I would prefer not to make one from components and plans. A single phono plug input and output would be ideal. I'm sure that there must be a 'little box' made in China to be had on ebay but i don't seem to be using the right words in my searches.

Those are the ones - but shop around and watch with/without postage for a bargain (and buy a few at that price if you can -you never know when you may need them - dew strips, lights etc.
