First try at M42

First try at M42, the Orion Nebula. It was kinda cloudy and the mount wasn't 100% aligned + my OTA is a bit too heavy creating a lot of wobbles. But it's still a good result and I'm quite happy with it for a first go! Think with more light frames and darks/flats/bias frames I'll be able to get more details out of the nebula. Taken on the 10th of February.

Taken with Canon EOS 1100D @ 1200mm

about +1 hour (1 and 1.5 min exposures) total exposure, 0 darks, 0 flats, 0 bias

HEQ5 mount

Processed in DeepSkyStacker 3.3.3 and Photoshop

Daniel, it's the stacked version, as I said my OTA is a bit heavy and catches a lot of wind
