I have Couteau"s book I'll have a look for you, one that I like to follow is Zeta cancri, the A-C pair are a good reference for the movement of the AB pair.

One to keep an eye on is epsilon Aries as it is believed to have passed the maximum separation and iis closing, The orbital period is between 300-600 years. If it is nearer 300 then it will start showing some significant change within our lifetimes.
