very random but....How do i upload a picture

Sorry for this silly question people but im trying to upload a cover photo and every time i do it says image is to large and needs to be under 50 its only a picture taken with an iphone. Can any1 help?

Do you mean an avatar for these forums? Under 50 what exactly? Avatar pictures can be 200px wide, they should be automatically reduced when you upload them.

Still not working Tom, this is what I see for your avatar.

There may be a limit on the file size you can upload as well as the image width/height ... try to scale the image down a little before uploading it.

I think you mean you cannot upload any picture greater than 50k. Pictures can be reduced in size in photo editing software such as Photoshop or similar.

Sorry that wasn't very helpful. You have changed something as your avatar is a blank grey box (on my mobile version of the forum) whereas mine is the standard outline of a head. I think you need to reduce your picture size to less than 50kb. Also make sure it is in a standard format like jpeg or something. Give it a go and post again and we will let you know if it has worked.
